Overview
PushFirst is designed to respect your privacy. We collect as little data as possible and process everything we can on your device. This policy explains what data is involved when you use the app.
Data We Collect
PushFirst does not require an account, email address, or any personal information to function. Your pushup counts, app blocking settings, and preferences are stored locally on your device.
Camera and TrueDepth Use
PushFirst uses the front facing TrueDepth camera and on device pose estimation to count your pushups in real time. Camera frames are processed entirely on your device during the pushup session. No video, images, or body data is ever stored, recorded, uploaded, or shared with anyone, including us. The camera is only active during an active pushup counting session.
Analytics
We may use minimal, privacy respecting analytics to understand general app usage patterns such as which features are used. If we integrate any analytics service, we will update this policy accordingly. We do not sell data to third parties.
Purchases
PushFirst offers a subscription with a 7 day free trial. Purchases and subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store. Payment information is handled entirely by Apple and is not accessible to us. We may use a third party service such as RevenueCat to manage subscription status, which does not require your personal information.
Data Retention
Since your data is stored locally on your device, deleting the app removes all associated data. We do not maintain server side copies of your information.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
